Your role
You run day to day field operations.
That includes:
- Managing technicians
- Fixing schedule problems
- Handling call offs
- Solving equipment issues
- Making judgment calls without asking
- Holding people accountable
- Protecting quality standards
- Stepping in when needed
You report directly to the owner.
You execute systems that already exist and improve them.

Pay
Base compensation starts at $40,000 to $45,000, plus up to 10K in bonuses.
This role rewards execution. High performers can grow their base pay up to $65,000 within the first year.
